Alpine Tiny House
We have developed a modular tiny house, designed for easy transportation and quick on-site assembly. The structure is a prefabricated system, delivered in individual components, allowing flexible placement in a variety of spatial contexts.
The project was conceived as a response to the housing challenges faced by young people, particularly due to the high cost of real estate in Slovenia, especially in Ljubljana. The aim was to create a high-quality living unit that meets contemporary residential needs while remaining affordable. Compared to an apartment of the same size in Ljubljana, the tiny house—including all project documentation—is approximately 70% more cost-effective.

The tiny house combines a modern architectural expression with highly functional interior organization. A special upgrade of the basic model is the eco tiny house, featuring a green pitched roof. This enhances the microclimate of the building and enables urban self-sufficiency, even in locations where conventional gardening is not possible or space is limited. In further development, we plan to integrate tailored safety and access solutions on the pitched green roof, allowing safe urban gardening and small-scale food production.
The project is currently developed up to the conceptual and design documentation stage. Studio Norya has prepared the architectural plans, project documentation, and basic spatial layout, and remains the author and owner of the product. The tiny houses are therefore exclusively our own product, which we individually customize to meet the needs and preferences of each client, including interior design and spatial arrangement.
